IQ Office offers a complete, highly integrated solution to address and resolve Information Quality issues. This includes transformation, validation, standardisation, matching and integration of a wide array of data sources, both in batch mode as well as in real-time at the point of data capture. IQ Office consists of four distinct components:

• IQ Rapid Address - a high performance address-capture engine which minimises keystrokes for address entry and validation. See demo.
• IQ Standardiser - a high performance data transformation engine designed to standardise, enhance, validate and transform data into a structure that conforms to organisational standards. IQ Standardiser can transform individual name, company name, phone number, address as well as other data types, according to your own configurable requirements.
• IQ Matcher - a high performance record-matching engine that standardises, matches, cleanses and integrates customer, marketing and organisational data from multiple sources and/or detects and corrects duplicate information within a data source. Designed specifically for large-scale databases, IQ Matcher enables the integration of enterprise-wide data, whilst also providing the means to quickly and accurately integrate data in real-time across many data sources.
• IQ Profiler - IQ Profiler is a data discovery engine used to examine large amounts of data and discover data structures, frequency distribution and various data anomalies, all in an easy to use interface.

IQ Office is supplied as one of three product editions - each containing one, two or all four of the above components. The IQ Office product editions are:

• IQ Rapid Address - provides real-time address verification and 'rapid address' Postal Address File (PAF) searching capabilities.
• IQ Office - ARF Edition - provides a complete address management solution for multi- user sites requiring the highest level of performance and integrated capabilities for batch and real-time functionality. This includes batch and real-time address verification and 'rapid address' searching capabilities, as well as highly accurate geographic coding capabilities.
• IQ Office - DTS Edition - provides data cleansing functionality for data transformation environments. This is typically used for CRM data conversions, data warehousing and/or other Extract Transform and Load (ETL) processes.
• IQ Office - Enterprise Edition - provides a complete, highly integrated solution to address and resolve Information Quality issues. This includes batch and real-time transformation, validation, standardisation, matching and integration of a wide array of data types and data sources.
